YOUR LIFE AS A FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE

This part-time position works 3-4 days a week, shifts may vary depending on the needs of the hotel (AM shift 7a-3p and PM shift 3p-11p). Weekends and Holidays are required.

As an entry-level Front Desk Representative, you are the face of hospitality! With a friendly attitude, you greet each guest and assist with check-in or check-out. You enthusiastically register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible. As a member of the morning shift team, you work with others to prep rooms and coordinate maintenance. When working the evening shift, you mainly check guests in and process payments.

You keep the front desk area clean and presentable for our guests. Always meticulous, you run daily reports on the hotel computer system. As needed, you provide positive resolutions to guest concerns. Meeting guests and helping them have the best experience possible fills you with great satisfaction. You also love that you're getting the first-hand experience that will prepare you for the potential opportunity to one day move up into a leadership role!
