Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. You will assist in setting up the breakfast area, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating effectively with guests to meet their needs.
Duties
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with food items, beverages, and utensils.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the breakfast area by bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
- Interact with guests to provide information about menu items and assist with any special requests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
- Operate equipment such as coffee machines and toasters safely and efficiently.
- Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring all guest relations are handled professionally.
- Maintain inventory of breakfast supplies and report any shortages to management.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Experience in catering or food service environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
