Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest information using hotel management software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Develop and implement customer service policies to enhance guest relations and improve overall service quality.
- Monitor front desk performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of enhancing guest experiences in a hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clientele.
