Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction! Compensation:$12 - $13 hourly
Responsibilities:- Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
- Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
- Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
- Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
- Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
- Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
- Flexible overnight hours are required
- Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required
- Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
Hampton Inn and Suites is part of the Hilton Hotel chain. We have 73 rooms and are located in the heart of downtown Brigham City. We are within walking distance of multiple restaurants and close to many local attractions. We have a small staff that enjoys serving our customers and working together.
