Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment and machinery in the facility. This includes conducting regular maintenance checks, identifying and addressing any issues, and performing repairs as needed. The Maintenance Engineer will also be responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Additionally, the Maintenance Engineer will work closely with other departments to ensure that all maintenance activities are coordinated and aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance planning and implementation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Experience with welding and fabrication
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
