What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part -Time Housekeeper/Room Attendant position at Hampton Inn & Suites I-95 South?
We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
- Deliver excellent customer service. Acknowledge all guests. Anticipate and address guests service needs.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests as they arrive and Thank guests with a genuine appreciation when they leave.
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guest's complaints/requests and inform others when required.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
- Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Adapt to changes as instructed by management.
- Coordinate with Supervisor/Maintenance for any room repairs.
