Part -Time Housekeeper/Room Attendant

We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
• Deliver excellent customer service. Acknowledge all guests. Anticipate and address guests service needs.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests as they arrive and Thank guests with a genuine appreciation when they leave.
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guest's complaints/requests and inform others when required.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Adapt to changes as instructed by management.
• Coordinate with Supervisor/Maintenance for any room repairs.

• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
