Qualifications
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills

- Proficiency in night audit procedures and computer systems
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Background in hospitality and resort environments is preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries and providing information about hotel services.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports.
- Handle guest relations, resolving issues and ensuring a pleasant stay for all visitors.
- Collaborate with hotel management to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Two nights, 11 PM to 7 AM
