Duties
- Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established standards.
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh and appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and provide excellent guest services.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including cash registers for any transactions related to breakfast services.
- Handle food items with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including meal preparation and food handling practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Experience with cash register operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of catering services can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
