We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. You will conduct daily RPM (Room Preventive Maintenance) Checks on at least 3 rooms per day. This is how we will maintain our Guest Rooms to be Guest Ready. Compensation : 15 - $25
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs
- Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks
- Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced
- Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
- Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed
- Be a Positive Role Model in your position, which includes dressing professionally and NOT being on your cell-phone while on the job. Our property has a No-Cell phone policy. We are here to work and we expect everyone to take this seriously. Our Guest come first and they do NOT need to see Team Members standing around texting or talking on their phones
- You would be on our Team to help make sure our Rooms are Guest Ready and that our Rooms Do Not have Maintenance issues.
- To be a part of our Team you would need to understand that our Guest Rooms must look new each and every time we rent it. Your job is to take care of problems before they occur. You must do Room Preventive Maintenance on a minimum of 2-3 rooms per day. This keeps your eyes open to anything that will need repairing or replacing.
