**$500 SIGN-ON BONUS**

** Starting wage for this position is $19.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**


  • 1 year of Supervisor experience
  • Hilton experience is a plus 
  • Available and flexible to work Monday to  Friday, Weekends, and Holidays
  • Flexible to work morning and evening shifts, 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm

Our friendly Hotel Front Desk Supervisor establishes a positive work environment, provides attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests and team members. 
  • Supervise a dedicated front desk team
  • Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
  • Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively and responding promptly to guests’ needs
  • Enforce policies and procedures established by the company and the property brand
  • Use the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests
  • Perform office tasks such as answering the phones, scanning, copying, typing and printing
  • Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests

What does success look like in this role?
  • Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
  • 1 year of Supervisor experience
  • Hilton experience is a plus 
  • Available and flexible to work Monday to  Friday, Weekends, and Holidays
  • Flexible to work morning and evening shifts, 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
