**Overview:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in Victoria, Tx. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality but is not required, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties:**
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out, process payments, and manage reservations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Perform night audit duties including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises during the night shift
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in hotel management software is advantageous
