Front Office Manager

Stow, OH

Hampton Inn  is currently seeking a full-time  Front Office Manager  in Stow, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for the front office operations of the hotel, including the front desk, reservations, and guest services to ensure that guests have a positive experience and that the front office runs smoothly.

The right candidate will have :

  • A minimum of one year of previous experience in a similar role required
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays required

    • Our Front Office Supervisor will :

  • Manage front office personnel with daily supervision to include staffing, training, scheduling and visually monitoring performance
  • Check and control room reservations, front office systems, inventory, scheduling, forecasting in order to maximize revenue
  • Supervise and assist staff with basic front desk and guest service functions
  • Operate front desk equipment including but not limited to : switchboard, Property Management∙ System (PMS), fire panel, Central Reservation System, copier, fax, and printer
  • Complete necessary shift paperwork and ensure accuracy on : shift checklist, log book, courtesy call back log, and all other forms or checklists assigned
  • Maintain knowledge of all available package and promotion details
  • Perform essential front desk duties and responsibilities which include working desk shifts
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
