- Overseeing the housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, training new employees, and daily room inspections.
- Ensuring that all areas of the establishment meet cleanliness and hygiene standards through regular inspections.
- Keeping track of cleaning supplies and equipment, make inventory lists.
- Occasionally addressing guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Ensuring that all cleaning practices comply with safety and health regulations, and that staff are trained in proper safety protocols.
- Keeping records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and any maintenance issues that need attention.
- Working with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure smooth operations and guest experiences.
- Developing and implementing housekeeping procedures and policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Working day shift, and weekends is a must.
