This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Agent based in Oakland, CA. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing lease agreements, administering leases, handling residential leasing, and providing excellent customer service to potential and existing tenants. The role involves meeting prospective tenants, conducting property tours, processing applications, and coordinating lease signings. The Leasing Agent will also help resolve tenant inquiries and ensure properties are maintained to company standards.
- Experience with Leases, Lease Administration, and Residential Leasing
