Seeking a compassionate, friendly, and outgoing individual to greet and assist residents, vendors, and visitors.
Provides community relations to those entering the building and calling in. Maintains professionalism, following company policy and procedures, including handling media.
Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity. Responsible for providing guest relations, answering phones and greeting visitors, vendors, family members, etc., upon entrance to the community.
Supports a dignified and caring atmosphere with residents, residents’ families, visitors and staff. Protects privacy and confidentiality of information pertaining to the resident, employee, residence, company information and records.
Basic typing skills along with a working knowledge of personal computing and word processing software are required, preferably in Microsoft Windows. Excellent organization and communication skills required.
Environment can be fast paced with constant interuptions.
Responsible for administrative duties such as scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, ordering supplies, processing pre-hire requirements, assisting staff with timeclock issues, filing(paper and electronic), processing monthly payments, accounts receivable phone calls, residency contracts, keeping up with log books for several areas. Job description to be reviewed during interview.
Prefer someone with office experience in Assisted Living or skilled nursing facility.
Level II clearance with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) required.
