As the Clinical Services Administrator for the Partners in Recovery program, you will manage the administrative and clinical operations of comprehensive outpatient counseling, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment services focused on adults grappling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a person-centered clinical approach, ensuring all services are tailored to address individual needs and the intricate relationship between substance use and psychiatric issues. You will play an instrumental role in the growth of medication-assisted treatment (MAT-OBOT) services while guaranteeing program efficiency and alignment with the division's clinical, recovery support, and financial objectives. What You Need To Be Successful
To excel as the Clinical Services Administrator for the Partners in Recovery program, candidates must have a robust background in mental health and substance use treatment. A license as a Mental Health Clinician-such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Virginia-is required, along with significant experience providing recovery support and counseling to individuals with substance use disorders.
Successful candidates will have demonstrated program management experience, including the ability to oversee and enhance treatment services effectively. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential for fostering collaboration among program managers and clinical supervisors, while strong analytical abilities will ensure that program operations align with the division's strategic goals.
