Your day to day as An Office Associate III
In the role of Office Associate III for the Bright Beginnings program, you will be integral to a psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) day program that emphasizes empowerment, ownership, and community involvement. You will facilitate a supportive environment where individuals feel valued, fostering self-esteem and self-confidence. Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative functions such as typing, managing receptionist duties, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements for this Office Associate III job
To thrive as a Full Time Office Associate III, you'll need a blend of essential skills and experiences that elevate our community services. A minimum of one year of clerical and customer service experience is required, ensuring you are familiar with the nuances of interacting with clients and managing administrative tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications-including Outlook, Word, and Excel-is crucial, along with familiarity with internet and web-based tools like Zoom for effective communication and coordination.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary to interact professionally with program clients, caregivers, and service providers. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, as it equips you with the understanding of our clients' unique needs. Additionally, a valid state driver's license may be necessary for various tasks, underscoring the importance of reliability and mobility within this role.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- One year of clerical and or customer services experience required.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and internet and web-based tools (e.g. Zoom).
- Experience in a heath care setting preferred.
