Role: Java FSD Lead
Location: Chicago, IL (Only Locals)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
What you will do
- -Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices, and full stack systems to create solutions to deliver new capabilities in the Securities Finance space
- Looking for resources who have worked on large scale enterprise applications and leading teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Event Driven Architecture and real time messaging processing
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in at least one of the following: Java and knowledge in Python and Node-js
- 2 years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or another cloud service
- 4 years of experience in open-source frameworks
- 1 years of people management experience
- 2 years of experience in Agile practices
- Securities Finance or Financial Industry domain knowledge

- Spring Boot
- React JS
- Kafka
- Microservices
Secondary skills:
