Key Responsibilities :

  • Financial Record Keeping : Maintain and update accounting records and files. Analyze budgets and create financial reports.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable : Manage invoicing, handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payment of bills.
  • Bank Reconciliations : Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Budget Preparation : Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking against budget.
  • Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax filing.
  • Lease Renewals : Assist with updating lease renewals in compliance with HUD and affordable housing regulations.
