Advanced QuickBooks needed. Handle all tasks of general bookkeeping for multiple companies / properties including entering invoices, generating reports, filing, doing bank reconciliations, advanced journal entries and understanding of chart of accounts, all aspects of A / P and A / R.
Excel expert : create spreadsheets with basic formulas, AIA construction billing a plus.
Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills with attention to detail a must.
