Job Description
The Automotive Accounts Payable team member is a mature, dedicated, and detail-oriented self-starter for our Accounting Department as an Accounts Payable Clerk. The Candidate will possess an extensive accounting/bookkeeping background.
- Provide timely and accurate payment processing working with vendors and other departments as necessary to get the job done.
- Review purchase orders and check requests for completeness and compliance.
- Work to resolve any vendor issues and discrepancies.
- Print checks and match with invoices.
- Reconcile statements.

Requirements
- Microsoft Office skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of A/P experience with knowledge of standard accounts payable policies and procedures preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Reliability/Attendance is consistent
