As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payments, working closely with vendors and internal departments. Youll help keep our operations running smoothly while enjoying the support of a close-knit, family-like work environment.
Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Review purchase orders and check requests for completeness and compliance.
Resolve any discrepancies or vendor issues.
Print and match checks with corresponding invoices.
Reconcile vendor statements and maintain up-to-date records.
Support other accounting projects and tasks as needed.
What Were Looking For
Knowledge of accounting practices (automotive industry experience a plus!).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication skills written and verbal.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and with other departments.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in an automotive dealership preferred.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug test.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Occasional standing and bending for filing.
