Hanania Acura of Orange Park is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Manager to oversee the service department’s BDC operations, improving customer engagement, and driving business growth through effective communication and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze service appointment trends to optimize efficiency.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure seamless customer experiences.
