Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk- Inventory Clerk to maintain designated procedures and policies for new vehicle inventory control. This role includes responsibilities such as vehicle stock-in, MSO management, and other essential accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Retrieve and print new vehicle invoices from OEM websites daily, pre-stock them in CDK, and prepare vehicle jackets.
Stock received vehicles into the CDK General Ledger (GL).
Process all dealer trades, ensuring timely follow-ups with other dealers to confirm payments are received and MSOs are obtained within 15 days.
File and manage all MSOs, coordinating with billers and tag & title teams to ensure all sold units have required documentation.
Complete the monthly checklist in accordance with month-end close schedules.
Maintain a professional and courteous work environment for both customers and employees.
Address and resolve administrative and staff concerns by consulting with the Controller for guidance.
Support the accounting team by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
Schedule & Reporting Responsibilities:
Ensure the final month-end schedule is accurate and submitted to the Office Manager by the 2nd day of the following month.
Maintain Dealer Trade Receivables and New Car Inventory on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Experience in automotive accounting and familiarity with CDK preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
