What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Coordinator & Administrative Assistant position at Hance Family Foundation?
The Hance Family Foundation is searching for a temporary/part-time Supply Coordinator & Administrative Assistant. We're looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic person to help us out in our Floral Park, N.Y. office for the next 8-12 weeks. This role consists of managing incoming supply requests, fulfilling and shipping those requests (utilizing USPS Click and Ship) and communicating with requesters via email and phone. Additionally, this person will also help to prepare program supply stock. Must have the ability to work independently. Be familiar with working with Excel and Google Sheets. Ideal shifts would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am until 2pm, but days and times can be adjusted and flexible for the right person. $17-$20 per hour depending on experience.
