Loan Servicing Manager

As a Loan Servicing Manager you will manage a team performing loan servicing tasks. You will interpret loan documents and interact with internal and external contacts. You will oversee deadlines and may lead projects to further develop team structure and strategy.

The successful candidate will need to be focused on team building, recognizing efficiencies, and overseeing the smooth operation of the Loan Servicing area. Managing people will be the most integral part of this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to succeed.
• Provide guidance and coaching to drive performance.
• Maintain metrics to measure team performance and enforce a robust quality control environment with accuracy being a top priority.
• Foster a collaborative environment and be a compassionate and supportive, strong leader.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Proficient with Technology including MS office, Excel, Adobe and the ability to learn regular operating systems.
• Loan servicing experience REQUIRED.
• Management/Supervisory experience is a must.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Effective time management skills and ability to work on various projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the aptitude to build strong relationships.
• Proficient knowledge of mortgage products, financial services, lending, and real estate compliance in addition to loan servicing standards.
• Analytical skills, including the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
