Hancock Place School District is looking for a Certified High School Health Teacher (grades 9-12) for Virtual Summer School.
Valid and appropriate subject and grade level Missouri Teaching Certificate is required.
Virtual Summer School begins on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 and ends Thursday, July 31, 2025.
Salary will be $4,500.00
Virtual Summer School Job Description / Expectations
The Virtual Summer School Teacher will be expected to :
- Attend a workshop to learn the online platform prior to the beginning of summer school
- Be available on campus one day per week, including the first day (June 3, 2025) of summer school, on a rotating schedule. Total of nine days for eight weeks; schedule will be determined by summer school administrator.
- Monitor student progress via the online platform
- Weekly communication to students and parents
- Unlock tests, provide feedback and support, when needed
- Upload final grades via student information system
All summer school positions are contingent on minimum enrollment as determined by summer school administrators
