Spa Sales Associate

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in St. Augustine, is seeking a Spa Sales Associate to join our front desk team! We are looking for an individual that can connect with our guests, understand their needs and build relationships. Do people often refer to you as their "energetic" friend? Are you a passionate individual who is motivated by success? We can teach you everything you need to know about the spa industry - all we need is YOU to bring your excellent sales skills!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Warm welcoming and engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Flexible availability. Must be available evenings and weekends.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and gift cards
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
• Meet or exceed individual goals and team goals
• Capable of working flexible hours. Cover any needed shifts at the front desk to maximize performance and promote excellent customer service.
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
• Must have sales experience
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have flexibile availability including weekends and evenings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
