What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist / Spa Sales Associate position at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa?
Immediate job openings at our Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in the Art Museum / Logan Square area of Philadelphia located on 20th Street between Callowhill & Hamilton Streets in the Target Shopping Center and next door to the old Philadelphia Sports Club. Hand & Stone spas are rapidly expanding across the US & Canada (550 ) and provides professional massage, facials & hair removal services 7 days a week.
What you do :
- Answer phones / book appointments
- Greeter / check-in
- Use POS to ring out sale
- Sell memberships
- Great customer service
- Work in a team with massage therapists and estheticians to provide the best experience possible
We provide :
What we need :
Holding past positions in the spa / fitness / tanning membership sales industry is highly desirable.
Working knowledge / savvy with point of sales computer program (preferably Zenoti).
Education : College Degree or in progress desirable
