We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Spa Associate. This position requires excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask with ease while focusing on the guest, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Spa Soft (will train), and basic accounting principles, as well as a positive, energetic attitude and team player mentality.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
* Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
* Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
* Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
* Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
