We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Site-Based Psychiatric Rehabilitation Workers and Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Workers to join our team. These roles focus on supporting adults with mental health challenges in developing skills and supports to enhance their independence and overall well-being.
The Site-Based Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker will provide services at our facility, facilitating group and individual interventions to help clients develop essential life skills.
The Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker will travel to individual's homes or community settings, offering one-on-one support tailored to their needs.
Interested candidates must be willing to do a 3-phase interview process:
1. Prepare and facilitate a a 45 minute class/group designed around any mental health, wellness, or skills-teaching topic, where the challenge center participants engage in the class, ask questions and grade the facilitator.
2. Interview with Program Director and tour the facility.
3. Interview with the Challenge Center Advisory Board.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree OR Associates AND 1 year direct experience in mental health;
OR High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 3 years work experience in human services which must include 2 years of direct experience in mental health work (must show this on resume and provide documentation).

- Monday-Friday Flexible Day Shift, no holidays
- Work locations: Franklin Office, and community
- Experience in Telehealth and Electronic Health Records is preferred.
- Proficient Computer and Microsoft Office skills are required.
- Strong Documentation and Communication Skills
- Ability to Problem-Solve both Independently and with a Team
- Crisis Management Skills
- Facilitating/Teaching Classes is at least 50% of this job
