Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.
- Support nursing staff in various tasks within the clinic or hospital setting.
- Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times.
Skills
- Experience or familiarity with clinic or hospital medicine is preferred.
- Knowledge of procedures related to Level I and Level II Trauma Centers.
- Understanding of emergency medicine protocols and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in inpatient settings including medical-surgical units, OR, PICU, and teaching hospitals.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care and safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team while demonstrating flexibility in various clinical environments.
