What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Technician/Aide position at Hand & Orthopedic Physical Therapy Specialists?
Our opening is part time at our Taylorsville clinic location. The opening is working with Natalie Nichols, PT, DPT, OCS. The hours are Wednesdays and Fridays 8:30-5:30pm. We are looking for candidates that are willing to work at least 6 months.
All employees are required to have a background check and complete a drug test.
Technicians at Hand & Ortho are paid for experience, build strong relationships, learn specialized care directly from working closely with our therapists, and are able to use the knowledge gained with us in both school and future employment endeavors. Many of our past technicians have moved on to fulfilling and successful careers in the field of physical therapy. We are currently looking for physical or occupational therapy technicians in Murray, Salt Lake and Draper! Physical therapy technicians are responsible for assisting physical therapists with non-clinical tasks while caring for individuals. Physical therapy techs may help patients move, keep treatment areas organized and clean, assist patients with light exercises and record progress for therapists. Pay is $14.
