Our ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a responsible, driven individual and has a passion for driving performance amongst their team. Prior spa industry experience or membership-driven sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement for consideration. Working hand in hand with the General Manager, our Assistant Managers set the tone for the spa, coach and train the front desk and sales team to excellence, drive membership and gift card sales performance, and grow the business.As the Assistant Manager, you will : Provide excellent customer service and experiences to all guests and membersMaintain personal sales performance, meeting or exceeding expectationsOversee and manage daily operations of the front deskAssist General Manager in managing sales performance by driving key metricsAssist in the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training processTrain, monitor, and coach performanceMembership education and sales - including sales goals and incentivesPassionately promote products and servicesAdministrative duties in conjunction with the General Manager including reporting, cash handling, etc.Role Requirements : Passion for communicating with people and providing excellent serviceCapability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidaysAbility to occasionally travel for training sessions, conferences, meetings with clients, or other business-related activitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA fast learner, with a positive attitudeComfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentComputer proficiency; knowledge of retail / appointment booking computer systems is a plusA strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervisionExceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitaskingCritical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolutionCompensation Package : We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your contributions and drive your success.Base Salary : Enjoy a base hourly rate ranging from $17-$18, tailored to reflect your experience and skills.Bonus : You'll have the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses, with the average bonus ranging from $300 to $400 per month, based on individual and team achievements.Commission : Benefit from our uncapped commission structure, providing substantial earning potential based on your sales performance.
