Assistant Spa Manager (Beauty & Wellness) - 1 Year Exp. Required
We are looking for an outgoing, extremely motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic assistant manager. The successful candidate must have excellent sales skills, communicate in a professional and friendly manner, and a proven record of individual and team success. The optimal candidate must have experience in a position requiring multi-tasking and a fast pace. The ability to pick up proprietary software quickly is desired.
Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily operations of the spa.
Delivering exceptional client satisfaction to all guests.
Motivating and coaching the front desk staff, therapists and estheticians in a fun, fast paced environment.
Focusing on daily, monthly and quarterly key performance indicators to exceed financial goals.
Monitoring inventory control and ensuring a culture of honesty and high integrity.
Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment.
Using entrepreneurial skills to identify opportunities for growth and improve efficiencies.
Facilitate community partnerships and events.
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
Management/leadership experience in any field, preferably in a sales and service oriented environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work minimum 40 hours per week including weekends, plus extended holidays and special events.Outgoing personality and ability to get along well with others.Required education:
High school or equivalent

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
