- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Clearly communicate sales promotions, membership options, and service details to clients.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to maximize the daily appointment book.
- Welcome, greet, and assist clients with check-in and check-out.
- Learn and effectively explain our products and services.
- Execute daily operational tasks, goals, and priorities as assigned by management.
- Maintain organized and accurate client files and records.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards throughout the spa.
- Coordinate with massage therapists and estheticians to optimize appointment schedules.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Skills and Experience
- Sales experience with proven results; experience in membership sales is a plus.
