What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Practice Esthetician position at Hand & Stone - Plymouth & Maple Grove?
About the Role:
Hand & Stone Plymouth & Maple Grove provides high-quality, results driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive enviroment. Our menu includes advanced skincare including Diamond Glow, LED skin Phototherapy, Microcurrent (NuFace), Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels. Hand & Stone is also offering CRYO skin. Our Estheticians build a treatment plan for their clients that may inlcude one or more of these progressive treatment models.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing the top level services
- Design progressive treatment plans based on the clients skin care goals
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa managment
- Follow up phone calls/messages with clients
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and commmon areas
Requirements:
- Have an AP license or in the process of acquiring the AP licsense
- Must be able to carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services amd product lines
