Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)/Occupational Therapist – Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
We are currently seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or Occupational therapist with Hand Specialty to join our team! This position is available as full-time with benefits, part-time, or PRN—flexible to fit your needs.
Job Description:
As a Certified Hand Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from upper extremity injuries and conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing patient records and prior diagnoses before beginning therapy.
- Administering questionnaires and evaluations to gather relevant information.
- Adhering to HIPAA and all confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to develop and adjust individualized plans of care based on physician orders and patient goals.
- Setting short- and long-term goals tailored to each patient’s recovery needs.
- Administering periodic tests and measurements to assess patient progress.
- Documenting all treatments in a thorough and timely manner, including observations of pain, progress, regression, or any adverse events.
- Coordinating care with other healthcare providers and reporting any concerns as needed.
- Educating patients on home exercise programs, safety precautions, and injury care instructions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy.
- Current CHT certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Pay: $42.00 - $55.00 per hour
