This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri, 8 : 30 am - 5 pm with a hybrid / remote schedule option after 90 days and / or successful training completion.
23 - $26 / hour
Responsibilities include :
- Processing invoices, statements and claims for medical equipment and supplies
- Providing world class customer experiences to internal and external customers
- Ensuring compliance with insurance requirements for timely filing
- Utilizing knowledge and resources to process invoices, statement and claims in a timely manner
- Guiding customers through their billing inquiries
