Key Responsibilities
Process, track, and manage customer orders and repair work orders to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion.Communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide updates, and resolve inquiries.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Repair Workflow CoordinationCreate detailed customer repair estimates and manage parts procurement.Schedule repair activities and collaborate with production teams to meet quality and timeline standards.Oversee repair workflows, addressing delays or challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.Close completed work orders, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping.Monitor stock levels of parts, raw materials, and supplies; reorder as needed to meet operational needs.Conduct regular inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.Optimize storage systems to enhance accessibility and efficiency.Maintain detailed records of work orders, inventory movements, and repair logs.Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and operational metrics.Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.Identify opportunities to streamline repair and inventory workflows.Provide feedback and suggest innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in operations management or a related field preferred.Proven experience in order processing, repair workflow coordination, and inventory management.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.Physical Requirements
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the warehouse to access inventory.What We Offer
