Key Responsibilities
Front Office Administrator
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain office supplies, organization, and general administrative tasks to support a smooth workflow.
- Assist Accounting and Human Resources with onsite tasks.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering product/service information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify internal and external customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
- Accurately process customer orders and invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensure all order details, including pricing, shipping, and payment terms, are correct.
- Coordinate with logistics and manufacturing teams to track and confirm order fulfillment.
- Work with other departments to ensure proper processing of receipts, bills, taxes, etc.
- Handle discrepancies, returns, and credits, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Create VIN tags and Title documents.

Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM or ERP systems.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to go the extra mile.
