Position Overview:
Oversee daily operations of residential services, provide direction and leadership oversight for Managers/Assistant Managers at residential facilities. This is a full-time, 40 hour/week exempt position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring programs and administrative functions with a focus on building and maintaining quality services.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards for programs.
- Ongoing monitoring (with the clinical team) of staff patterns based on program need.
- Ensures adequate staffing through assisting with hiring and scheduling of residential staff.
- Assists with personnel issues for the residential staff.
- Ensure employees receive appropriate initial and ongoing training, including first aid, CPR, and other training required by rules and regulations.
- Attends Staff and Clinical meetings
- Make regular rounds to maintain a regular presence with staff to ensure that residents and areas are safe and secure.
- Review reports to ensure they meet established requirements. Take corrective action as necessary.
- Informs the Residential Director of problems that arise regarding program issues and provides recommendations. Takes responsible action in the absence of the Residential Director.
- Assists with the development of the annual program budget and in managing the department within the approved budget.
- Provide on-call rotations as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
