We are seeking a highly motivated senior-level associate with 5 years substantive experience in business transactions, private equity, securities offerings, and mergers & acquisitions. Candidates should possess superior communication, drafting, writing, and research skills and excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Negotiating and drafting business agreements;
- Closing private equity and venture capital investment transactions;
- Drafting private placement offerings for small businesses and investment funds;
- Organizing companies, including limited liability companies and corporations; and drafting all organizational documents.
