We are seeking a highly motivated senior-level Attorney with 10 years of substantive experience in tax compliance, planning, and controversy for businesses and high-networth clients.
Key Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate will have strong fundamental skills within the trusts and estates practice area, including gift and estate tax planning. Candidates should possess superior communication, drafting, writing, and research skills and excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Requirements :
Education : JD; candidates with business, financial, or tax qualifications (LL.M., CFP, CPA, MBA, MST) and Law Review or Business Law Journal experience preferred.
