Operations Manager - Home Services Company

We are a 20 year old Handyman / Remodeling home services company with over 15 employees in search of an exceptional Operations / Office Manager to lead the day to day operations of our fast paced, and process oriented company. You are the integrator that loves motivating and managing our team. We are a growing company and need a leader that will be rewarded with bonuses for achieving our aggressive goals.

JOB DUTIES:

- Develop, implement and review the company policies and procedures.

- Manage the operations of a fast-paced service company.

- Manage the schedule for 12 field technicians on a day to day basis.

- Assist with CSR and customer facing responsibilities when needed.

- Oversee large projects and ensure they are run efficiently.

- Manage the 2 other office staff and 2 field managers and share responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of office / operations Manager experience.

- Ability to shine in a high stress environment.

- Extremely organized. Attention to detail. You love processes.

- Strong, happy and positive phone presence – The ability to communicate well and listen on the phone to both customers and field techs.

- Computer skills – word, excel, etc. QuickBooks a plus. Proficient at typing.

- Data entry and invoice preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
