Responsibilities

• Dedication to excellent customer service, from initial contact to completion of project, and beyond
• Able to work independently and make appropriate decisions based on business values and goals
• Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
• Experience handling projects to completion
• Ability to multi-task in a high stress environment

Qualifications

• Strong telephone, in-person and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people
• Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, etc.
• (1 ) years' experience working in a Call Center or Customer Service Role preferred (Retired teachers welcome!)
• Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling a plus
