We are hiring for Front-of-House support positions at the Bear Tooth Grill. We are looking for hosts and bussers who are committed to providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Weekend availability is a must, especially on Sundays.
The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be team players. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required. - Stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- Lift and carry 30 lbs
- Communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
