Job Duties/Scope Of Work
The Conduct of Maintenance Support position will support Maintenance Management Programs (MMP) concentrating on the Conduct of Maintenance elements, 4.8.2, of the Hanford Mission Essential Service Contract. This position will be responsible for tracking and maintaining procedures and processes for Company-wide Maintenance Program Plan (CMPP) to include the following.
- Maintain the company-wide maintenance strategy – HMIS-PLN-MN-56352
- Implement a graded approach of routine and requested maintenance, evaluation/optimization, and identification of maintenance class – HMIS-PRO-MMP62350
- Provide a risk based, condition evaluation of Reliability Centered Maintenance – HMIS-PRO-MN-60876.
- Produce reporting/assessments as specified for contract requirements and deliverables.
- Assist HMIS Projects in evaluating maintenance activities and maintainability.
- Contribute to the M&TE Calibration and Critical Spares programs.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of experience in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Has projects and systems awareness.
- Has working knowledge of computer-based systems dealing with maintenance applications, processes and procedures.
- Demonstrates a knowledge of reliability centered maintenance principles.
- Shows history of good problem-solving skills.
- Has performed assessments and critical thinking.
- Must be a self-starter and can work independently as well as lead a team.

Compensation & Benefits
The grade level for this position will be predicated on the successful candidate's level of experience and ability to perform the essential duties of this position, based on the criteria above. Corresponding salary ranges for each respective grade level are as follows:
Grade 17: $96,938 - $122,113
Grade 18: $106,663 - $134,588
Grade 19: $117,225 - $147,775
