Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, brokers, and travel agencies.
- Sell private jet charter services by presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to flight execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, to ensure seamless trip delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Provide sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in charter sales, luxury travel, or high-end service industries.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and private aviation operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MacOS is preferred.
