We are seeking a Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team! This position offers an excellent compensation package with hourly pay plus commission and bonuses. As a high-volume dealership, we provide you with plenty of potential customers. As a Sales BDC Representative, you will be responsible for setting appointments and following up on leads received via the internet, phone, and dealership visits. Exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, and thorough follow-through are essential. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, so if you have a strong work ethic and strive to be a top performer, this is the place for you!

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and build relationships with previous customers
  • Monitor and respond to internet and phone leads
  • Understand each customer's vehicle needs through active listening
  • Set, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the designated software system
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or point of contact
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform additional duties as required
  • Qualifications :

  • Automotive experience is preferred but not required
  • An outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven track record in customer service and / or sales; BDC / internet automotive experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to establish rapport to encourage repeat business
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Verifiable work history
  • Must pass pre-employment testing, including background, DMV, and drug screen
